There Is No Fear!

Psalm 36:1
1The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

Sometimes we get so used to the things of God, we forget how Holy He is! We go along in our daily lives , weaving in and out in our attempt to have or develop a sustainable relationship with God. We forget that we were redeemed and purchased with the ultimate price. Because the Lord died for our sins, He allowed us to partake in His salvation.

As we go on in our daily pursuit of living, we become callused to the evil, vile things that surround us. We turn a blind eye to the wickedness that bombards us from every front. We are less and less moved in our souls because of sin within our own hearts.

The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart,

I do not know why it takes so much to move us! We walk along minding our business, when all of a sudden we are snapped into a stark realization that there they are "The wicked" . The wicked is paraded in front of us and our heart analyzes that things are grossly out of whack.

The observation of sin, causes our heart to judge! Then it is our heart that accuses the world, and convict us of our sin. Watching sinful man act out, if properly contemplated will convict our hearts, for we are nothing more than sinful man, (saved by Grace).

That there is no fear of God before his eyes.

It is a shame that humanity can wallow in open sin against God and still not see clearly the awfulness of the very acts of sin. We do not fear the wrath of God, We have nor reverent fear that causes us to bow in humble adoration before our Creator. There is no fear displayed for the benefits of others to warn and protect them from a horrible fate.

Natural, sinful man can not see his own faults because he never looks through the view of the Holy Word of God!

May the Lord Jesus Christ show us our sins!
